From your post, I'm going to assume you are a student, so hopefully I am correct about that. You'll need to reach out to your school or teacher to see what options might exist in this scenario. Canvas itself has pretty flexible date options available, but each school (and sometimes teacher) can determine how the access dates work. Unfortunately, we in the global community of Canvas users don't have specific information about each school's policies, nor do we have any access to your Canvas account or courses, so we can't provide an exact answer about this.
Good luck with your course, I hope your school is able to quickly help you out with this once you contact them!
