Page Refreshing

Why does my open Canvas page keep refreshing? Every few minutes the page refreshes and brings me back to it, interrupting my work. I'm trying to work on a project and it's getting infuriating. I'm using Google Chrome on a Dell laptop. Please help me make this stop.

That is really strange. Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache? Have you tried using an incognito/private window? Have you checked to make sure that your browser is a supported version? If none of those resolve the problem, you will probably need to reach out to Canvas support.

Hi @NEWMANASHLEY,

You might also want to consider trying to use Google Chrome without any extensions enabled. Sometimes an extension will cause an undesirable/unexpected web browsing experience on a specific website like Canvas.

You can also try using incognito mode to see if the problem also happens in that mode.
