Can a parent create an observer account without a pairing code? Several pairing codes have been sent but are not working.

Hi @KellyRoss - Yes, it is possible be an observer to a course without being linked to a student. You'll be able to see most of the course in a read-only state. However, you would not receive updates on your student's progress through course content.
