Parent assigned to class instead of student

Hi-I have been assigned to a class as a student instead of being a parent observer of the class. How can my student be switched to the class and I be switched to an observer?

You will need to reach out to your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team about this.  We here in the Canvas Community don't have access to your school's Canvas environment and/or your Canvas courses.  Someone from that team should be able to assist you so that you get the proper access that you need.  Good luck to you!
