What grade is overall a  passing grade for a class?

Unfortunately, this does mean we don't have any information on particular courses or things such as grades and pass marks.

I recommend you reach out to your teacher which you can do from within Canvas by following this guide https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10574-4212710325 they can hopefully point you in the right direction to the information for your particular course.
