Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with your gradebook. There are a lot of variables that can go into this. Are you using weighted assignment groups, extra credit, assignments that don't count towards the total, etc.
Because of the complexity of the issue, and the concerns for privacy, it would be best if you contacted Canvas Support directly to pinpoint the source of the issue and provide a resolution:
