This is the error our teachers are getting. Canvas is not responding to requests for help.

@adrew I am sorry to hear that your teachers are having issues with the PowerSchool/Canvas integration. This "Request is forbidden/unauthorized" message is an most likely an indicator that there is an issue with either the authentication or permissions that Canvas has with PowerSchool. The issue most likely has to be resolved by Canvas Support, though if it is an issue with the permissions Canvas has with PowerSchool, you may need to contact PowerSchool Support as well the get that resolved (Many schools have had issues where Canvas only provided "read" access and wasn't provided "write" access to PowerSchool, and this prevents Canvas from being able to passback grades).
Since you state that you have already contacted Canvas Support and they haven't gotten back to you, I recommend that you reach out to your CSM about the issue as well.
