Putting a course calendar into Outlook

OK, I tried it on my own, I went to the help area and followed the detailed instructions on how to do it, and still have the problem.
I am trying to add the Canvas calendar for my course CSIS110 to my Outlook calendar. Both times, it says the calendar is on there, my calendar is active, according to the icons, but there are no "appointments" in it. Any help?

Thank you for contacting the Canvas Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with syncing your Canvas calendar to Outlook. We understand that you have followed the directions but just for good measure here is the Canvas guide with step by step instructions:
If however, it still isn't working then we should be looking at this more specifically. Within Canvas are there appointments for this course that you see but not then in Outlook? Are they regularly scheduled meetings like on Zoom or are they sign up appointments for conferencing with the instructor directly? Are other aspects of the course appearing in Outlook or does it seem empty in regards to the Canvas course?
