Questions Delete Despite Being Saved and Published

Hello!

I have tried a different browser, everything. I keep trying to add a question to a quiz and Canvas refuses to save it. I update question, publish, save and publish, the question disappears everytime. Any help?

@KylieK  - Are you copying the question from another source/ course and pasting into the RCE question box? Is HTML involved? Any chance you can share a sample of the question? Maybe change it slightly, without removing any HTML that is.
