Quiz shows up blank

I have a student who when entering the quiz it shows up blank and out IT helpdesk doesn't have an answer. 

I (as admin) can see all the questions in student view, other students have taken the quiz in the course, and I have allowed multiple attempts on the quiz. Therefore I am unsure how to help the student further. Does anyone know what may be going on here?

Hi PaigeRussell,

The first thing I can think of is that the student is using an outdated browser. I would recommend ensure the student is using an up to date browser and see if that corrects the issue.
