Quiz statistics issue

Why do I get this when I try to view the quiz statistics for a quiz?

Honestly, that is strange behavior and that is definitely not something I see on a day-to-day basis at all. It's possible that Canvas was having a difficult time rendering all the statistics... maybe due to the amount of students that took the quiz? If you have hundreds of students taking the quiz, then there's a possibility that Canvas just wasn't able to get everything on their end, hence why they give you the option to download the reports manually instead.

If this is something that keeps occurring, I recommend reaching out to Canvas support directly utilizing the help link on your global navigation bar.
