Thank you Noah. Your answers brought up some ideas that lead me to solving part of the puzzle. It took some time as I had to check all my data which was a combination of the Canvas Portal, Gmail and my saved screenshots from the incident in question. I was rather shocked once the clues meshed validating my memory. What I found was that the quizzes/exams that were locked before and after the due dates had been edited and renamed. Had I not been set up to receive updates which if I am being honest those notifications serve a purpose now that I finally needed them. For whatever reason( possible duplicated courses ) I completed 2 exams the same week and I had emailed the concern. At the same time the edits were being done with the same course number that was a different color. The admin may have been trying to merge two courses together and trying to match up the dates. I also took a closer look at the rest of the courses to make sure they were all matched with the right Final Project team mates I discovered that another course(One that I needed a passing grade) had been manually over ridden with an "E" instead of the possible 100 points. Along with two other causing me to fail both courses. The whole experience turned on my critical and investigative skills. After I figured out I wasn't losing my mind I gathered my facts and plan on visiting the institution. I wanted to do my research so I could form a valid conclusion and a positive solution. Thanks again Noah for your input. It really gave me an idea to why I was having such a difficult time throughout the terms. Now I will know what to look for if it happens again.
