The Community Team acknowledges that this thread may not have a proper answer. It seems to me that as @mzimmerman mentioned, this is likely a local issue that you would need to talk to someone at your school/institution about, not something community members would be able to solve. However, we are marking this post as a temporary solution to help Community Members find and respond to the newest and most active threads.

We do not have any access to or specific information about the contents of any of your courses in Canvas, or any other information from your school. Can you clarify what you are referring to with "Region 1" and "Region 3"?
