Registration after course invitation

Hi everyone,

Normally, our students receive the standard login page to create an account when accepting a course invitation for the first time, where they can choose a password and set their time zone.

However, some students receive an error message and are redirected to the login page, without ever having registered or been able to choose as password. They then have to choose 'forgot password' to solve this problem.

Are we as admin doing something wrong with their registration? It seems odd that some students have this problem and some do not.

All courses are unique to the organisation.
