I am having a hard time registering  I am taking a Continuing Education Course and none of the keys or tabs I hit will let me enter information.

This is a question that you are going to need to address with folks at your school.  This is the global Canvas Community website, and we do not have access to your course registration system or have ways to help troubleshoot any of your school systems.  Hopefully you'll be able to get in touch with someone at your school soon that will be able to help.  Good luck!
