Roll Call Attendance not passing to the Gradebook

Hey!
Our new semester started on 9/13/23. We use Roll Call Attendance for our attendance. There have been numerous classes where attendance is marked correctly in Roll Call, but it is not passing over to the Gradebook. Even if one day passes over, we've noticed the next day won't go over. If you go back into Roll Call, remove attendance, refresh, input attendance, and then it might work -- but sometimes this takes 2-4 times before it goes over as well. Please Help!!! I have over 200+ courses, so I know I'm missing it somewhere. We have attendance as part of every courses overall grade, we need this to be correct.

Thanks for posting your tech support question in the Instructure Community, but the best place to get help is with your local Canvas support team. They will be better able to identify the network and other factors that might be causing the Roll Call tool to have errors in connecting with the Gradebook. And they will be in a good place to identify whether the issue is affecting many users.
I’m going to mark this reply as a solution. I realize it does not solve your problem, but our colleagues who encounter a similar issue will also find the best place to get help.
