On our test instance of Canvas, when I click on SCORM it gives me Authentication failed error message. Seems to work fine on live instance.
Can anyone tell me how to amend the settings so that my test instance of Canvas accepts SCORMs?
Many thanks,
Pui

Hello @Pui
Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with using SCORM within the test environment. The short answer is it isn't going to work: SCORM is not available in test or beta environments in Canvas:
The only way around this is if you reconfigure it every time it resets - which would be tedious as beta resets every week and test every 3 weeks. Essentially, you'll want to find somewhere within the live instance to test this. I know it isn't the answer you were looking for but hopefully it helps.
