SCROM score resets to zero if a user re-attempts (even accidently)

Hi All,

I have a SCORM package developed in Captivate. Everything works as planned but we recently found that if a user re-attempts the score resets to Zero. It doesn't preserve the previous attempt as with the normal quizzes (built-in).

I took a look in to this and found that it all depends on how the package was configured. It sounds like your assignments are set up to be based on completion so this is to be expected. You could see if whoever configured the SCORM package can reconfigure it so it doesn't look for completion, or just advise students they they shouldn't open the assignment again after completing it.
