Send file to canvas with FTP or SCP

I am working with my institution to set up Canvas as our new LMS. Was asked the question if We could send files to canvas using FTP of SCP  protocols? Have not been able to find a desired documentation explaining this. Any help would be great thanks

Hi @JD114 

There is no FTP or SCP service available in Canvas, and feed file uploads and API connections are done via HTTPS.  However, I don't know about some of the specialized SIS integrations that may be available.  You might have a look over at https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Student-Information-Systems-SIS/ct-p/sis_guides
