Show peer feedback before grades are posted

I'm using peer review in Canvas for the first time this semester, and while I appreciate that there's a native function, I have noticed that students are not able to see rubric feedback from each other until I post their grades. Part of my goal with peer review is to help them receive some feedback from each other more quickly than I can grade everyone's assignments, so is there a way for them to be able to see the rubric feedback from each other before grades are posted? 

They are able to see overall feedback (left in the general comment box) immediately, so it seems like they should be able to see detailed rubric feedback too.

@zrobertson I have a ticket in with Instructure about this, as none of their documentation indicates that the peer feedback rubric would not be visible.
