Some students see quizzes with no questions

So this is a real headscratcher. I have some quizzes that are not graded, but I am finding that several students are seeing zero questions on the quiz. The issue is that I can't ever replicate this issue and most of my students have taken the quiz just fine. These are quizzes I did import from a course that is published alongside this one.

Very hard to help troubleshoot and diagnose without being able to look at your course.      

One thing I might look at:   Go to Assignments, type the name of one of these quizzes -- see if you have multiples of the same quiz name and see if they are accessing the wrong qui?

Do the students who couldn't take the quiz show up in SpeedGrader for that quiz? There was a known issue with imported quizzes with no due dates not creating submission records and students not being able to take them. Canvas fixed the issue with the import that didn't create the record on January 15, but they didn't go through and fix the missing submission records. I had to fix about 680 assignments (not all quizzes) in 80 classes for this term.

I'm not sure what it looks like from a student perspective, but I was alerted because the teacher only had a couple names in SpeedGrader when they should have had a lot more.
