Speed Grader Sliding Scale

Is there a way to have the speed grader on an ipad to be a sliding scale? Really on either mobile or desktop version? Right now, when I move the slider it only defaults to whole numbers. If a student has earned a grade that isn't a full number I have to select the grade and manually type in the grade the student earned. It would streamline the process if there could be a scale that would allow for points with decimal values because students, especially with standards based grading, sometimes earn a 1.5 or 2.5 which can be tedious and a waste of time of it has to be entered manually for teachers who primarily grade via an ipad.
