Speed grader is extremely slow and always reloads the first page of an upload document twice.

When I use speed grader to view students uploaded pictures it always loads the first page and when I click the 2nd page it reloads the first again.  At this point I can then click the second page to load that page.  Some days it is extremely slow and I have to download each picture individually because the the circle just goes round and round and eventually gives an error message.  I'm guessing it is during times that there are a lot of users on the platform?  It is extremely frustrating!

Hi @kdavis15 - it does look that it was not working well and then got fixed.  You can check the Canvas Status on this page (just google "canvas status" and this is the first thing that comes up):  https://status.instructure.com/
