Speed grader not showing

I cannot see text submissions on speed grader. Image/pdf submissions are fine, but text submissions are not displayed

Well, it's clearly not fixed on my end. I refreshed the page quite a few times throughout the day after reading similar posts.

I have been waiting for more than 10 minutes, it's still loading. See attached screenshot
