SpeedGrader Reformat Word Docs?
Has anyone had issues with SpeedGrader reformatting Word documents? It seems like I have several students whose essays are being negatively reformatted by SpeedGrader. I'm just telling them to turn it in as a PDF for the time being, but is there another long-term fix?

Hello (again) @mvoorhis - At the risk of sounding a bit repetitive after my last suggestion to you on your previous question, you should definitely find a case with Canvas (Help>>Report a Problem from the side menu). I stress this because this specific issue was one that they thought they had addressed as a bug fix in the very latest Production Release Notes. Now, it's possible that the students may have used a non-Microsoft font (which that bug fix specifically addresses), but since you have had several submit documents of this nature, there may be something else at play here. Canvas is very interested on hearing about any issues with the DocViewer in Speedgrader, since it is a fairly recent introduction.

I'm also having a problem with DocViewer in SpeedGrader, but I see no 'Help - Report a Problem' option, so am unable to raise the issue anywhere but in this forum.
In my case:
- A Word document containing a diagram composed of elements that had been grouped together had been uploaded.
- Two elements of the diagram were scatted on the page, including over text.
- I downloaded the document, and verified that the diagram was rendered properly in Word, and that it consisted of one (grouped) item.
Can you please let me know how to contact Support so I can report the problem? I have screenshots, but do not want to share them on a public forum.
