Speedgrader Multiple Submissions Drop-down Menu

I have a professor that has pointed out that the drop-down menu to view multiple submissions doesn't appear consistently when there are more than 65 attempts at a quiz.

We also see the "see all submissions" link for every student even when many only attempted the quiz once.

Why is this still an issue? It's been 2 years since the issue arose. Is there anything I can suggest to my professor that would allay her annoyance?

Thank you for contacting the Canvas Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with using speedgrader. 65 students with a couple quiz attempts each should still load. Speedgrader does have a load limit however in regards to total  number of students it  supports and total number of submissions it will load. It doesn't sound like you have a large class, and these should be loading. You could also always  consider changing the course setting to "Launch SpeedGrader Filtered by Student Group" if you put some of these students in groups then this can help with heavy load  and high amounts of students. This  helps not to overload the speedgrader loading everything  at once. That should definitely  help.

The merged class, even when viewed per student group still doesn't load correctly. It still shows the link to "show all submissions" even for students that only have one submission and doesn't show the drop down in the top right hand corner of Speedgrader that should appear if there are multiple submissions.

It would be nice to see this issue added to the next batch of development patches considering it's been an issue for 2 years.

 It doesn't show many attempts the person has had, therefore I have to leave the speed grade to see this information. This adds more time to grading. Plus I have to reopen the speed grader each time after I go to look at the attempts. Please fix this issue, at least show how many attempts people have had, so I don't have to check each time.
