If you or someone else in your organization have administrative access to Canvas you can create these new enrollments via a text file upload or API call/integration. If you are using Free for Teacher Canvas you will need to go into the new course and send each student an emailed course invitation. You can do this by pasting a whole string of student email addresses with comma separation into the invite form.
