Student completed a course on our end, but is seeing “not complete” and has not received her credits

A student of ours recently completed a course and on our end scored 100% and is marked as completed. However when she is logged into Canvas, the course displays as not completed and she has not received her credits. On our end, I’m not sure how to help her because she completed the course! Is there a way to force her to complete in the system and give her the credits she earned?
