My institution does not widely use Canvas' ePortfolios feature (we do not have it disabled but most of our courses and students, and it is supported by our Career Development Center, use Digication).
With that said, I have reviewed the https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Basics-Guide/What-are-ePortfolios/ta-p/1 guide and the list of guides under the "ePortfolios" section at https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Basics-Guide/tkb-p/basics#ePortfolios and I do not see the ability to leave peer reviews for ePortfolios.
Is your institution using Canvas' ePortfolios functionality or is it using something else or are you using some other Canvas functionality as the portfolios and ability to do peer reviews?
