Student registration error

I have a student who is having difficult registering for my class. I created the open enrollment link for the class. When he clicks the link, he selects the option to log in with an existing account (he has been enrolled in other courses before). However, when he enters his password, it doesn't work. He selects reset password, but never gets an email from Canvas to reset, so he can't join my class.

To further complicate things, it looks like on my end he is already registered. When I go to the "People" tab, his name and email are there. Yet he can't access the course. Any ideas how to get him logged in?

I see you are using Free For Teacher, so you don't have admin access or the full Support options available. I'll send you a DM, and we can work privately to solve the password reset issue.
