I've uploaded several VidGrid videos and some students cannot view them. They get the following message:
"We were not able to find a user. Please try again, if that doesn't work please contact your account administrator or videoengineering@paylocity.com"
The students are logged into Canvas. They are using Chrome or Edge.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Jim

Hi @JamesAve
Does your school still have a VidGrid license? Our VidGrid contract ended last year, and that is what users see now if they attempt to view those old VidGrid videos in Canvas
