Student submitted assignments don't show up on my instructor portal. Why?

Several students, couple different classes submitted work, can show me the proof on their phones, but the submissions don't show up in my interface. Why?

I apologize that you are having trouble looking at your students submissions. 

Were you able to resolve this issue yet? 

Since this is happening with multiple courses, and students, it might be best to submit a case directly to Canvas support on this to have them look deeper into this. If you are still seeing this issue, can we have you submit a ticket to support on this? Be sure to include any necessary links and information about this behaviour you are seeing.
