Is student view working properly? It keeps saying requirements have not been met to move on even when they have.

If the requirements have been met, then the test student should be able to move on - this is one of the main purposes of Student View. Are you absolutely certain that all the requirements have been met, it can sometimes be easy to miss something, and that is what we have to remind ourselves of when we work with our students? Are you sure there is some place to move on to? For example, if Module Two requires that Module One be complete before engaging in Module Two, but Module Two is not published, then students would not be able to "move on".
We can't troubleshoot this for you as Community members, because we can only access our own courses and accounts. If you could include screenshots of your module settings and what the Test Student accomplished to meet the requirements of a module, we might be able to diagnose. Otherwise, you may need to ask the help of your school's Canvas Admin to look things over for you.
