Head office has populated all courses on canvas with the students in relevant subjects from iSAMS.
However, some classes have not populated.
How can I add student users to courses? Or indeed check the synch with iSAMS.
I am just a school level admin so might not have access right potentially.
I would recommend checking in with your Head Office to report this issue. Since it sounds like they handle the sync, they should be able to investigate the issues and follow-up with the vendor if necessary about the missing classes/enrollments. Due to variability in how schools handle course creation/enrollments, it would be best to check with them first to ensure you are following the appropriate set-up. Often courses and enrollments that are created from a sync with another system need them to be fully managed by the sync to work as expected, so manual enrollments may not be an option.
