Hello, I am a student.
It seems that some of my assignments have failed to submit even though I clicked submit.
Currently, my teacher does not know how to prove that I finished my work on time.
So now when I check the assignments, It does not even appear as failed submission like before. ( No files attached now)
Is there a solution to this? Can I find my failed-to-submit files?
I would appreciate it if someone helped me out.

Hi @YoonkiPark ...
If you have already talked with your instructor, and your instructor isn't able to find your submissions, you might want to reach out to Canvas Support to see if there is anything they can see on their end. You might also try clearing your cache/temporary files from your browser to see if that helps...or try another browser completely...such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Hopefully these links will be of some help to you. Once you have talked with Canvas Support, please come back to this topic to provide an update for us...thanks!
