Hello, I am a Supervisor and I'd like to see what courses my team has to take and how many they've taken. I don't know how to do that.

I would recommend that you talk to your local Canvas support team or training provider @CorrinaGoodsell .

What you are looking for will depend entirely on how the Canvas instance is configured and managed.
