Survey from external source, duplicate with same link

We need to take a survey for around 8K students and the idea is to duplicate the survey file without creating a separate link each time. Is there a way to do it?

We have been looking into different partners and external apps, but it has been difficult to find one that does it.

So far, we have done it with classic quizzes.

We want to use a Likert style survey, that is why we do not look into New quizzes.

Could you explain more about your goal?  Is this something like a course evaluation, where you want to create the evaluation once btu have it administered for many/all courses simultaneously and be able to gather the results in a common place?  Just trying to piece this together based on what you had said here, but I'm still a little unclear so any further info you can provide would be great.  If it is course evaluation or similarly administered things, I know a few 3rd party vendors that integrate with Canvas (my institution uses one of them), so I could provide that info to you.

Thank you for your answer. I'll provide more details, we require to:

1-Generate a single survey
2-Duplicate it in different courses without having to create a different URL each time
3-Collect that data in different files
4- Use a likert style to apply the survey

We are expecting to achieve this in different courses. The context is higher education, where students complete surveys at the end of each module, they evaluate their experience or teacher's performance. 

I look forward to hearing some ideas.
