Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with your team meeting. Is this an actual Microsoft "Teams" Meeting? If so, you'll want to contact your school directly for assistance as canvas doesn't have access to your login using Microsoft credentials but your school should be able to assist. Are you using the app on your phone then? Have you tried using a browser? Do you have access to the course at least? I would start by contacting your school but if you have more questions regarding this issue(s) please feel free to respond with descriptive information as to give us a clear insight into the problem.
