Terms help

Hi all,  

 

We have an issue with out how terms are setup going into our next year with Blackbaud as our SIS and Canvas as our LMS.   Our terms coming through as only fall and spring terms, individually and different classes for year long classes.  How did you set it up to get around this in the integration?

Thank you for contacting the Canvas Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with the terms setup between Canvas and your SIS. As long as the terms have been created within Canvas and they reflect correctly within your SIS, they should not be defaulting solely to Fall and Spring. This guide may be helpful:

However, if you're still having issues you should probably speak with Canvas Support directly.
