Unexpected error occurred migration Blackboard 9.1 to Canvas

Hello, all. We are in the process of migrating from Blackboard 9.1 to Canvas. Some members of my ID team are getting the following error when pulling content over from Blackboard:

There was an unexpected error, please contact support

We have a ticket in with Instructure, but haven't heard back in 3 days. I haven't had luck googling it, either. Any ideas?

Actually, I just received information about this issue- it's something with Blackboard file names messing things up. Instructure is working on a fix. Thanks though!
