I have two emails on my canvas account (my email I added first & my school email I added second). I only want to receive email notifications on one email (my school one), but I keep receiving emails on both of them. Even though I have already set my notification preference to one email.

Of course, one way is to remove your personal email in Settings (Canvas > Account > Settings) - you'll find the emails listed on the right sidebar.

Next, when you say that you have already set your Notification Preference to one email, please note that in Canvas there are multiple Notification settings (Canvas > Account > Notifications) - there are account-level settings and there are course-level settings. A dropdown on top of the Notifications settings page tells you which settings you are in. Please have a look through to ensure all your notification settings have been correctly adjusted to your desired configuration.
