Please help in resolving the issue of email not being sent to users after uploading through CSV in canvas. Any solution would be greatly appreciated. Also I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

I agree with the comment posted by @BrianLester.
If you need password notifications sent to the users when their account is created, the extra column is needed to send those notifications out. Many institutions, including the one I work for, have a single-sign-on system used for Canvas, so we don't use Canvas passwords at all or need that column/field to be included in our CSV.
