Why are users unenrolled from courses when past terms are no longer included in the sync? If we do not include the previous year in our current sync, all users are removed from the previous school year SIS connected courses. Teachers then can not view courses to import content to the current school year courses. However, terms older than the previous year are not affected.

Hi @TonniePack this happened to us one year (or two different years actually) and it was incredibly stressful! I don't know how the backend and files work, but it was definitely something we had to report to Canvas SIS Support and they helped fix it, and helped our team know how to fix the files. I know that's not much help -- but please do know it can be fixed and everyone can have access again!
