Using a letter grade for a quiz outcome

Currently the quizzes we are developing only provide us with the option to use points.  As we would like to have this as a letter grade (S-Satisfactory)and (NS-Not Satisfactory) showing in the gradebook.  Is there a way to change the outcome of a quiz to a letter grade?

Setting "Display Mark As" letter grade is only possible with the New Quizzes. Classic Quizzes will always display as point
