Depending on how that was uploaded to Canvas there can be multiple ways you would go about doing that. Most of the time you should be able to click the file and download it, but without a link to a specific example, it would be difficult to say for sure. If you feel the link is not working as it should you could try using another browser or clear your cache using this guide.
You may want to reach out to your instructor directly to see if there are specific directions for the file you need to download, you can do this using the Canvas inbox.
