Web browser not showing several sites

In the web browser, I can't access course modules and several other pages. It's just loading the courses on the dashboard, and not showing them. When I go to my courses I can access them but when I press on modules and relating links it just shows a white, blank page. It has finished loading, but it appears there is nothing there. However, I have been able to see the things there earlier, and I can also see it in the mobile app. I can't access the log out option, and the site doesn't register when I click on other links, such as change my settings. I have tried several browsers and I have also cleared my broswer data (cookies, cache and browser history). The problem still remains.

In the screenshots you can see that it's only loading on the dashboard, not showing any courses. It's been loading for more than 30 minutes. I can see the courses on the dashboard on the mobile app. In the other screenshot, the page is blank but in the mobile app there is a lot of information there. I have been able to see the information in the web browser earlier.
