I teach photography and I am looking for a way to quickly view and grade student images. What format should I have them save their files as when they are saving from Photoshop? I had an assignment recently and all their files were jpf and I wasn't able to view them. I had to download every single one to view in an Adobe window.

Hi @MsDean5000 ...
There are a few Guides that address your question:
- How do I use SpeedGrader? - Instructure Community - 757 - look at the "View Student Submission" section where there's a link to the Canvas DocViewer ... which takes you to the following link...
- How do I add annotated comments in student submiss... - Instructure Community - 694 - In the light-blue box, look under the section for "Compatible DocViewer Files" for a link that takes you to the following page...
- What types of files can I preview in Canvas? - Instructure Community - 617187 - this page has a table that outlines file types that can be rendered within the DocViewer of the SpeedGrader. Acceptable image files are provided at the bottom of this Guide.
I hope this will help a bit.
