What happened to "View All Grading Periods?"

I allow my students to resubmit assignments in a previous quarter even though my colleagues cut theirs off. I have noticed that "View all Grading Periods" is no longer an option. It was in the new grade book in the beta format, and I had switched over last year. Now it is suddenly gone. I do notice that there's a way to view "All Modules." Will this option be available to students as well? I will need an answer next week, please.
