Log in issues

My students can not log on on the college computers as it comes up invalid loin or password however they can log in ok on their mobile phones. However this is not conistent as other students can log in to canavs via the college laptops.

Can you help ?

Hi  @jacqui_clark  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

We are not Canvas support here, so we really have no way to troubleshoot your issue.  There are some things that you might check; for example, when logging into Canvas on a campus PC, should students be accessing Canvas through a single-sign-on portal?

Have you checked with your local Canvas Admin? Have you submitted a Canvas Support ticket?
