It seems there was an update regarding providing student comments/feedback. Now, a paragraph box pops up with formatting capabilities. However, now, none of my saved comments pop up as I start to populate as they did before. I have it toggled on to suggest comments. If you took this feature away, PLEASE bring it back. I teach primarily writing, and I have over 200 saved comments.

Hi @rblythe,
This feature still seems to work for me. As an admin, I haven't really used it much in the past, so I'm not sure what changes there could have been with this functionality yesterday. if I type 3 or more characters and pause for a second, the comment library pops up with all of the options matching what I typed and I can click any of them to insert the whole comment. If you are seeing something different, please let us know. It could have just been a temporary glitch as the updates were rolling out yesterday.

Hi @BerniceFilerman ...
If the comment library is not working for you as intended, you should report this to the Canvas Help Desk staff. They may have a ticket already created for this issue...in which case, your ticket would be added to the existing one so that if/when things are fixed, you would get updated about it. You can contact the Help Desk staff by following the steps in this Guide:

The comments library is not showing up for me in Firefox or Chrome. There is a problem. I believe it should be investigated and solved by the folks who create these very useful programs. Date: Sept. 14, 2024.
Please trouble shoot this problem, it is not fixed. The comments try and load, something seems to play in the background but the comments never actually show up. Thank you

I agree with @rblythe. I can type the first five words of my saved comments in the individual assignment comment box and nothing populates. It makes the saved comment functionality feature virtually useless. I too have over 150 saved comments across 6 different courses and this feature saved me hours of time. PLEASE BRING IT BACK OR FIX THE PROBLEM.
Thank you for your response. It does seem to (kind of) be working now, but it is still glitchy. Sometimes when I type and pause, they auto populate, and other times nothing appears at all. Hopefully, the kinks all get worked out. I appreciate your response!
